We ship to the United States only.

VialHaus Cold

Ships from a warehouse inside the United States. Dispatched within 1 business day, tracked, free. Most orders arrive in 3 to 8 days. Nothing crosses a border, so there is no import charge.

Cases and cold packs

Dispatched from our fulfilment partner within 2 business days, tracked, free. Typical transit is 6 to 13 days. Import charges are prepaid by our shipping partner, so nothing is due on delivery. If a courier ever asks you to pay, send us the receipt and we refund it.

Tracking and delays

Delivery times are typical, not guaranteed. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. Lost, or no movement for 10 days: email hello@vialhaus.com and we reship or refund.
