Your order confirmation includes the VialHaus Date Tracker (a free web app to log when each vial went into a socket and when it should come out), a printable vial label sheet, and the VialHaus travel card with the current TSA and EU rules for medically necessary liquids and gel packs.

Shipping

Ships within 2 business days. Typical transit 6 to 13 days to the United States. Tracked. Import charges are prepaid, so nothing is due on delivery. The three cases usually travel together, but they may arrive in more than one parcel.

Storage accessories only. They contain no medication, no consumables and no bottles. Not medical devices. Temperature control is your responsibility; keep them in the fridge between trips.
